i am not gona talk bout the 2.4km run coz i saw my timing todae and it sux k? i got 15min plus lah!!!!! i wana aim for 14 min one leh..... 4 get it...i dun wana get xin zhang bing....

aniwae the dae aft that was NDP rehersal...it was ok i suppose...not very shuang on that dae though...i think it is because i was oreadi very tired....yeah...later update you on summore stuff....gotta do elit..."P
